This Mississauga-based builder is known for its integrated approach to construction management and design-build delivery across institutional, commercial, and industrial projects. As they expand their portfolio and deepen their market presence, they’re investing in the foundation of successful execution: project scheduling.

We’re helping them find a Senior Scheduler to take ownership of this critical function.

About You

Who We're Looking For:

An experienced scheduler with a background in design-build and construction management projects, ideally within the ICI space. You thrive in the details - from blueprint to baseline - and understand how critical a well-built, well-managed schedule is to project success.

You bring:

• Hands-on scheduling expertise using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Ability to create and manage construction schedules from scratch
• The discipline to oversee schedules forensically and ensure project delivery teams are supported and aligned
• A collaborative mindset, with a deep respect for field teams and project controls
• A strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial energy
• The desire to be a builder - not just of projects, but of systems and teams
