We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on developing a modern online registration and permitting platform.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership to define product vision, drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of user-centric digital solutions.

🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
✅ Manage product lifecycle, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
✅ Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
✅ Lead Agile/Scrum delivery with cross-functional technology and business teams.
✅ Drive stakeholder engagement, product demos, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions.
✅ Define and monitor product KPIs to measure product performance and success.
✅ Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards.

⭐ MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
✔️ 5+ years of Product Management experience in IT or Digital Services.
✔️ Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation or IT initiatives.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
✔️ Strong expertise in product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog management.
✔️ Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and product priorities.
✔️ Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
✔️ Strong discovery, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Public-sector experience and knowledge of government IT governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards are highly desirable.
