This is a unique hybrid leadership opportunity, with an approximately 50/50 split between client-facing assurance engagements and national quality and assurance initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to:

🔹 Lead and strengthen the firm’s System of Quality Management and drive continuous improvement across the assurance practice.
🔹 Provide technical leadership on complex accounting and auditing matters, including Engagement Quality Control Reviews (EQCRs) of public company audit files.
🔹 Advise firm leadership and engagement teams on professional standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
🔹 Lead quality improvement initiatives and help shape the firm’s regulatory inspection readiness and compliance strategy.
🔹 Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a strategic, curious, and forward-thinking assurance professional who brings:
A CPA designation or equivalent education.
At least 8 years of Audit & Assurance experience.
Strong technical expertise in accounting, auditing, quality management, and risk.
Previous people management experience and a passion for developing talent.
The confidence to challenge the status quo, influence senior stakeholders, and turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
