Senior Manager

Description:

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Planning to lead national supply planning for its Co-Pack/Re-Pack network and Purchased Finished Goods (PFG) supply chain. This role focuses on ensuring optimal inventory levels, efficient production, and superior service across Canada while maintaining cost-effectiveness and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production and raw material planning across co-packers and the PFG network (approx. 16 million cases annually).

• Own the monthly supply planning cycle, including supply reviews and participation in the company-wide S&OP process.

• Manage and develop a team of PPDS Specialists and Replenishment Analysts.

• Track key KPIs including inventory coverage, out-of-stock rates, and code expiry trends.

• Resolve operational issues with suppliers and manage long-term vendor relationships.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, reduce costs, and improve agility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.

• Experience in food & beverage, CPG, or similar industries preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP (PPDS, APO) or equivalent systems, as well as Excel and Power BI.

• Proven leadership ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
