Description:

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation Portfolio Management to join its Deloitte Global Transformation team. This pivotal role will drive strategic program and portfolio oversight, ensuring the successful management of complex transformation initiatives across Deloitte's global operations.

In this role, you will facilitate demand management processes, drive governance meetings, manage financials for transformation initiatives, and resolve program-level conflicts. You will also be responsible for aligning investment initiatives with Deloitte’s global roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders across Transformation and Technology teams, and synthesizing data to deliver actionable business insights. Your responsibilities include managing dependencies, risks, and deliverables, designing executive-level presentations, and guiding strategic decisions using analytical frameworks.

You will also be expected to build strong relationships with globally dispersed stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment with the firm’s broader strategic goals. Your consultative project management skills, business acumen, and ability to synthesize and communicate complex information effectively will be crucial to your success.

You’ll join a high-impact transformation team that reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and partners closely with senior leaders such as the CIO and COO. The team is responsible for accelerating innovation and transformation within Deloitte by streamlining global business processes, investment frameworks, and change leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field preferred)

• 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in top-tier consulting or large corporate strategy

• Strong skills in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic business planning

• Proven analytical and presentation abilities (PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required)

• Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional, and international team environment

• Experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior leadership

• Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting in fast-paced environments
