Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and work with one of our major banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
- Develop and enhance web applications using JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and support microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.'
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, and/or JSF.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Proven experience developing microservices.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience with both front-end and back-end application development.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered developer tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is an advantage.
