The Details Design + Branding, a full-service creative agency based in Fredericton, NB, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join their collaborative and dynamic team. The agency focuses on creative communication design, bringing marketing campaigns, brand strategy, identity design, digital design, and more to life for diverse clients. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects while leading creative concepts from inception to final execution.

As a Senior Designer, you will work on projects including campaigns, print, branding, packaging, web, and production design. The role requires balancing strong visual design skills with strategic communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, strategy leads, writers, developers, and clients to deliver exceptional design solutions that adhere to brand guidelines while introducing innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive design concepts across various mediums.

• Collaborate with the team and clients to deliver high-quality communication design.

• Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring adherence to briefs, timelines, and deadlines.

• Apply strategic design thinking and problem-solving to all assignments.

• Provide leadership, share ideas, and guide junior team members.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Formal design training (College or University).

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within an agency environment.

• Strong technical design skills in print and digital, with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac).

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while being collaborative.

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

• Based in Fredericton, NB, or willing to relocate (not a remote position).
