Description:

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) to join their consulting team. This role involves leading or participating in workforce management projects, with a focus on UKG (Kronos) software for client scheduling, timekeeping, and related HR processes. Consultants provide analytical, configuration, and advisory services, while Senior Consultants lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships. The role requires strong problem-solving, client service skills, and expertise in Canadian healthcare staff scheduling and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

For Senior Consultant:

  • Lead teams analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel.

  • Develop recommendations and client presentations.

  • Conduct client presentations, requirements gathering, and design sessions.

  • Oversee and assist with configuration of UKG to client specifications.

  • Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions.

  • Prioritize team objectives, contribute to project planning, and report status.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

For Consultant:

  • Collaborate with team to analyze client issues and gather requirements.

  • Assist with recommendations and presentation development.

  • Participate in client presentations, requirements gathering, and design sessions.

  • Configure UKG software to client specifications.

  • Identify issues, define symptoms, and recommend solutions.

  • Contribute to project planning and status reporting.

  • Support junior team members in configuration tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience; postgraduate degree is an asset.

  • 1–3 years (Consultant) or 3–5 years (Senior Consultant) relevant WFM experience with UKG (Kronos) and certifications.

  • Experience in staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll; Canadian healthcare experience is an asset.

  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving.

  • Ability to develop and present new ideas, conceptualize approaches, and solutions.

  • Canadian travel may be required; occasional international travel possible.
