Deloitte, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, is seeking First Nations, Inuit, and Métis candidates for the role of Senior Associate, M&A Transaction Services (National). As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, supporting clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will work closely with Deloitte’s Transaction Services team to coordinate and perform detailed financial due diligence, identify key risks, and assess valuation impacts. The role involves collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze information memoranda, business plans, and public data to deliver high-quality insights that support strategic decisions.
Your daily responsibilities will include preparing quality of earnings assessments, identifying valuation and integration risks, and contributing to comprehensive due diligence reports. You will also engage in building relationships with clients, understanding their businesses, and delivering tailored recommendations to enhance their transaction outcomes.

Self-identifies as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
Experience working with Indigenous communities in Canada is an asset
2–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in M&A transaction services
Completed undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials
CPA or near completion required; additional designations such as CBV or CFA are assets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
