Senior Concept Artist

Description:

Reflector Entertainment, part of the Bandai Namco franchise universe, is seeking a Senior Concept Artist to create captivating and stylized visual concepts for environments and characters. This position offers the opportunity to transition from hyper-realistic projects to a more stylized production, contributing to a major intellectual property with millions of fans worldwide.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the art director and production team to shape the visual style of the project, ensuring consistency across all artistic elements while pushing creative boundaries. This role is ideal for experienced artists who are passionate about building unique and immersive worlds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality concept art for characters, environments, and in-game mockups.

• Help define and maintain the artistic style of the project across various visual elements including UI, characters, and environments.

• Collaborate with the art director and provide revisions to maintain artistic consistency.

• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and share innovative ideas that enrich the visual narrative.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in French (spoken and written).

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a concept artist in the video game industry.

• At least one shipped console game title (AA level preferred).

• Strong artistic and creative skills with experience transitioning between hyper-realistic and stylized art.
