Senior Concept Artist

Description:

Reflector Entertainment is seeking a Senior Concept Artist to contribute to iconic IPs, including projects for Bandai Namco franchises. This role allows artists to transition from hyperrealism to more stylized production while diversifying their portfolio with unique artistic concepts. The Senior Concept Artist will help shape the project’s visual style, creating compelling environment and character designs that serve as references for all production elements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating concept art for environments and characters, and develop in-game mockups.

• Assist in shaping and maintaining the project’s artistic style under the guidance of the Art Director.

• Provide consistent artistic references for environments, characters, UI, and other production elements.

• Incorporate revisions as needed while ensuring style consistency across the project.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of French.

• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Minimum six years of experience in a similar role developing concept art.

• Delivered at least one game as a concept artist, preferably on a console AA title.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
