Sales Development Manager

 

Description:

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, onboard new customers, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. This role serves as a key contact for customers, helping to develop strong partnerships and expand Coke Canada’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized business plans to align customer needs with Coke Canada’s objectives.

  • Drive revenue and profit growth by executing promotional plans, managing incremental displays, and placing equipment.

  • Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues promptly.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support sales growth.

  • Handle and position products up to 50lbs (22kg) above shoulder height when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.

  • Post-secondary education in business or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

  • Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management is an asset.

  • Strong customer service, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and present sales proposals effectively.

  • Proficiency in computer programs related to sales and reporting.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and personal vehicle for work use.
