Description:
Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, onboard new customers, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. This role serves as a key contact for customers, helping to develop strong partnerships and expand Coke Canada’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized business plans to align customer needs with Coke Canada’s objectives.
Drive revenue and profit growth by executing promotional plans, managing incremental displays, and placing equipment.
Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support sales growth.
Handle and position products up to 50lbs (22kg) above shoulder height when necessary.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
Post-secondary education in business or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management is an asset.
Strong customer service, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to create and present sales proposals effectively.
Proficiency in computer programs related to sales and reporting.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and personal vehicle for work use.
