Sales Advisor

Description:

H&M is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join their Richmond Hill team. As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers with fashion and product choices, support sales targets, and maintain the overall presentation and functionality of the store. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and gain valuable retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, guide, and assist customers throughout the store and OMNI experience.

• Provide product and fashion advice to customers based on current trends.

• Actively promote products, customer loyalty programs (Hello Member), and sustainability initiatives.

• Refill, care for, and present garments according to visual and commercial guidelines.

• Operate fitting rooms, checkouts, and other in-store tech services/tools.

• Contribute to a clean, organized sales floor and stockrooms.

• Support opening and closing routines as required.

• Follow all health, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Passionate about fashion and customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
