Inside Sales Representative

Description:

This is a part-time, on-site position located in Richmond, BC. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your daily tasks will include managing customer accounts, generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality customer service. You will collaborate closely with team members to support client relationships and achieve company sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and effectively identifying new business opportunities
• Background in Account Management with attention to detail and client-focused approaches
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is an asset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus
