As a brand ambassador, you will provide customers with extraordinary service and a memorable Swarovski experience. The role involves engaging customers, anticipating their needs, offering styling tips, and showcasing Swarovski’s luxury crystal products. You will be part of a passionate and diverse team that shares your enthusiasm for fashion and jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through their Swarovski journey, creating an emotional and memorable experience

• Build strong connections with customers and provide inspiring styling advice

• Present and showcase Swarovski’s luxury products effectively

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent sense of fashion and passion for Swarovski products

• Experience or interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands

• Highly motivated with strong customer service orientation

• Dedication and target-driven attitude

• Previous retail experience preferred
