Restaurant Server

Cineplex is seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals for the position of Server at The Rec Room Royalmount in Mont-Royal, QC. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing high-quality customer service, being knowledgeable about the menu, and ensuring prompt and accurate service.

This position requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service table duties: prepare tables, take guest orders, deliver food and drinks, present bills, and handle payments

• Clear tables promptly and courteously once guests have finished their meals

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace including changing table linens, replenishing condiments, and restocking supplies

• Ensure guests enjoy a seamless, timely, and pleasant dining experience without being rushed

Qualifications:

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol (in licensed venues)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant service is an asset

• Strong customer service skills; able to engage with diverse guest groups with professionalism and empathy

• Highly adaptable, capable of working under pressure in a dynamic team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and service excellence
