Le Massif de Charlevoix, a renowned four-season mountain destination nestled between the river and mountains, is currently seeking a Directeur(rice) de l’hébergement et revenus (Director of Lodging and Revenue) to lead their hospitality division. With 103 rental units under its care, Groupe Les Scènes (GLS) delivers a distinctive lodging experience rooted in authenticity, nature, and excellence.

This position is integral to ensuring smooth hospitality operations by leading the front desk and housekeeping teams, overseeing financial and inventory management, and guaranteeing a top-tier guest experience. The role requires an individual who thrives in an immersive, on-site environment and values guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

🏨 Administration & Financial Oversight:

• Develop and implement operational procedures to drive organizational improvement

• Produce regular reports on revenue, performance indicators, and guest satisfaction

• Manage accommodation revenue strategies (RevMax), budgeting, and supplier negotiations

• Oversee PMS systems and ensure operational compliance

• Monitor expenditures and optimize use of management software and tools

👥 Team Management & Development:

• Lead, supervise, and support reception and housekeeping teams

• Set clear performance expectations and provide coaching to meet objectives

• Coordinate staffing needs and evaluations with HR

• Ensure continuous training in guest service standards and use of tools (PMS, POS, MToS)

• Oversee employee residence management (contracts, inventory, keys, coordination with maintenance)

• Maintain professional communication with unit owners

• Develop and implement service quality benchmarks

Preferred Qualifications (Assets):

• University degree in Hotel Management

• Experience using Opera PMS

• Prior role as Director of Services

• Basic Spanish skills

• Familiarity with labor laws, health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
