As a Line Cook, you will work alongside our culinary team to prepare high‑quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.

Job Description
 

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and banquet functions
  • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Follow railroad cleaing list
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets,
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
     

Requirements
 

  • Education: Completion of high school is preferred
  • Work experience:Prior work experience is preferred. The right attitude and willingness to learn is also great!
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
  • Must know that this job position is physically demanding.
  • Organized, team player, flexibility.
