Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Team Members on behalf of a fast-paced food service establishment in Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and working collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure seamless operations.

As a Team Member, you will contribute to the smooth daily operations by managing customer interactions, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and supporting both front and back-of-house activities. Immigration support is available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously.

• Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with company standards.

• Follow proper food storage, handling, and serving protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff when required.

Operational Support

• Manage stock supplies and inventory levels.

• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.

• Comply with company policies and food safety regulations.

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts: morning, day, or evening.

• Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Food & Beverage experience as per eligibility (6 months in Canada / 3 years outside Canada).

• English proficiency at minimum CLB 6.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage: CA$18.50 – CA$20.00 (approximately CA$3,203 – CA$3,467 per month).
