Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a diverse client base, handling engagements and providing financial advice.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and CPA students.
• Perform audits, reviews, and compilation engagements, including corporate tax preparation.
• Prepare audit quotes, attend AGM meetings, and sign off on audit engagements.
• Assist clients with personal tax filings and other financial services.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
• Handle special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Canadian public practice firm.
• Expertise in Compilations, Review Engagements, Audits, and corporate/personal/estate tax returns.
• Proficiency in Caseware, Jazz-It!, TaxCycle (or similar tax software), QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office, and time/billing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a business-casual setting.
