Description:

GSK is looking to hire a Product Manager, Specialty Vaccines to join our Canadian Vaccines Business Unit Team. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mississauga office, requiring 2–3 business days per week in the office, and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

As a Product Manager, Specialty Vaccines, you will be responsible for executing strategic brand plans, leading the development of marketing initiatives, and driving the uptake of GSK’s vaccines portfolio in the private market. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across sales, medical, operations, and market access teams to deliver strong commercial performance. Your ability to think strategically, analyse market dynamics, and engage customers effectively will be critical to success. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to implement omnichannel marketing strategies that support GSK’s mission to help Canadians do more, feel better, and live longer.

Details (Your Responsibilities)

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
 

  • Support development and execution of strategic and operational brand plans with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead operational execution of commercial projects and programmes with internal and external partners (e.g., Sales, Agencies, Operations, GSK Marketing, PAAB) Develop and deliver omnichannel promotional tactics and tools across digital, in-person, and agency-led channels
  • Ensure alignment with sales and training teams on brand positioning, customer segmentation, and core messaging
  • Measure and track performance of key initiatives, optimising content, channels, and promotional mix to drive results
  • Conduct market analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform planning and decision-making
  • Manage A&P budget, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with annual targets
  • Collaborate across brands and business units to share best practices and enhance organisational effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategies and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of GSK Code and values

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, health sciences, or business
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • 3–5 years of overall commercial experience
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage change, navigate ambiguity, and reprioritise effectively
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead in a matrixed environment
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
  • Strong project and time management capabilities
  • Ability to track and analyse ROI on marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing agreements
