Need Network Operations Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced OSS Engineer to support and optimize monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, Splunk, and Clarity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network/system performance monitoring, automation, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, configure, and maintain OSS platforms (SolarWinds, Splunk, Claroty)

· Build dashboards, alerts, and reports to support IT operations

· Automate monitoring and reporting tasks using scripts/APIs

· Collaborate with ITSM, NOC, and infrastructure teams

· Develop and maintain HLD/LLD and documentation

· Support audits, compliance, and security assessments

Must-Have Skills:

· SolarWinds (NPM, NCM, SAM), Splunk, Claroty (or similar OT/ICS tools)

· Strong in SNMP, Syslog, REST APIs

· Understanding of system administration, networking, and cybersecurity principles

· Experience preparing HLD/LLD documentation

Preferred:

· Certifications: Splunk Core, SolarWinds, Claroty

· Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy
