Media Bill Pay Technician

Description:

Dentsu, a global leader in media, CRM, and creative communication services, is seeking a Media Bill Pay Technician to join its Finance Operations team at the Toronto office. The role is central to Dentsu’s Principal Buying Program, focusing on managing supplier billing and payment processes, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices efficiently and on time

• Monitor and track payments to suppliers

• Support customer billing activities as required

• Track and oversee the closure of media campaigns

• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high levels of internal service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable operations

• Intermediate Excel proficiency, with ability to manage core functions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French required if based in Quebec)

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance competing priorities

• Experience with MediaOcean and Dynamics 365 (D365) is a strong asset

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and in multi-province teams

Working Conditions and Benefits:

• Salary range: CAD 50,000 to 60,000 annually (equivalent to 4166 to 5000 CAD/month) based on experience and skills
