Description:

Education and Experience:

A minimum of a 4-year degree in science and/or technology with specific training in health and safety and biosafety/biosecurity training.

A minimum of 5 years of experience applying project management principles, supervising staff, and applying health and safety legislation, biosafety requirements, and principles.

• Ability to establish respectful working relationships and foster collaboration across all groups and with diverse partners.
• Demonstrates a passion for learning and views challenges as opportunities for learning and continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Technical skills to troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills and have a desire to learn new skills and technologies.
