Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Plant Director and play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of equipment.

• Lead and supervise a small maintenance team, fostering collaboration and productivity.

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

• Oversee compliance with food industry standards and safety regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize facility operations.

• Work hands-on with a variety of maintenance tasks across different systems and equipment.

Candidate Profile:
