Do you have extensive experience in learning and development and are exceptional at organizing complex programs? Interested in working with a talented and passionate team? Apply below!

What will your typical day look like?
 

  • Participate in the full life-cycle of program design, development, implementation and evaluation, including but not limited to needs analysis, creating/sourcing relevant materials, communications, surveys, facilitation and train the trainer sessions.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person programs and offerings related to talent development programs (will require internal facilitation certification).
  • Facilitate program and project team meetings, provide regular updates to participants, leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of program participation, and completion.
  • Develop and deliver creative & effective communication campaigns to communicate value & engage learners for general & business unit specific initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly scorecards and ad-hoc reports to showcase impact of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future enhancements.
