Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers, serving food, and handling cash register transactions.

  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the store at all times.

  • Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure high-quality, fresh food is served.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, rotating between positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals in a positive and fun atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented personality.

  • Prior operations or food service experience is an asset but not mandatory.

  • Minimum of some high school education.

  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (at employee’s expense).

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a hot, noisy kitchen environment with limited space.

  • Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and reach across counters up to 36 inches high.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts professionally.
