Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting customers, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an inviting dining environment.

  • Adhere to operational standards and follow safety procedures to ensure food quality and freshness.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on roles such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as required.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a positive, fun work atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented attitude.

  • Operations or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Minimum: some high school education.

  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations (cost to be borne by the employee).

Working Conditions

  • Counter areas may be hot due to steam and food vapors; employees are expected to stand for extended periods (up to four hours).

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach across countertops measuring 36 inches.

  • Kitchens are often noisy, with limited storage and high shelving.

  • Employees must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts or challenging situations.
