Panda Restaurant Group is seeking Kitchen Team Associates to join their team. The position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while preparing and serving delicious food to guests. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and serve food while handling payments at the cash register

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant

  • Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure food quality

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through different positions (front counter, drive-through, kitchen)

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented attitude

  • Prior experience in operations is a plus

  • Some high school education

  • Food handler certification (if required locally)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, noisy kitchen environment

  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Physical Demands:

  • Counter areas often hot with steam and food vapors

  • Restricted workspace and standing for long periods

  • Ability to use kitchen equipment, including Chinese cook knives

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs and reaching across countertops

  • High noise levels and limited storage space
