Panda Express, a leader in the quick-service Asian dining industry, is hiring Store Managers who are passionate about leadership, customer experience, and personal growth. As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful daily operations of a single restaurant location, leading a team to achieve financial goals while ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
Panda provides extensive leadership training (8+ weeks), mentorship, and long-term development to help you succeed. You'll oversee hiring, training, directing associates, and maintaining operational standards—all while building a rewarding career in a family-oriented, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all store operations including staff leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
Hire, train, and lead associates to maintain a strong, effective team
Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
Maintain high standards for service quality and store presentation
Meet financial and performance goals
Adapt quickly in a dynamic and high-paced environment
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Flexible availability, including weekends
Must be willing to work within a 50-mile radius
Serve Safe certified (food safety)
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills

Work Environment:
Expect a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment with frequent standing and lifting. Employees must operate kitchen tools and maintain accuracy under pressure. Noise levels are high, and space is often limited.
