As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful daily operations of a single restaurant location, leading a team to achieve financial goals while ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all store operations including staff leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction

• Hire, train, and lead associates to maintain a strong, effective team

• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards

• Maintain high standards for service quality and store presentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Flexible availability, including weekends

• Must be willing to work within a 50-mile radius

• Serve Safe certified (food safety)

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills

Work Environment:
Expect a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment with frequent standing and lifting. Employees must operate kitchen tools and maintain accuracy under pressure. Noise levels are high, and space is often limited.
