Cogeco Media is currently seeking a Junior Advertising Advisor for CBS (Canadian Broadcast Sales). You should excel in sales and interpersonal relationships, enjoy building trust-based relationships, and be ready to showcase your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate audio contracts

• Develop strategies with planning teams

• Generate sales leads

• Build new business relationships (Business Development)

• Gather and analyze client needs

• Prepare media plans and develop renewal strategies based on client insights

• Stay updated on market developments, maximizing sales opportunities

• Maintain and optimize relationships with current clients

Skills and Competencies:

• Team player

• Knowledge in digital sales

• Experience in sales representation

• General knowledge of local media

• Engaged, strategic, and results-oriented

• Negotiation and business development skills

• Media industry knowledge is an asset

• Related training in the field is a plus

• Bilingual (French and English) is required (regular interactions with the Toronto partner)
