Infrastructure Architecture Lead (10+ years) to join a leading Canadian financial institution and drive infrastructure discovery, solution architecture, and target-state design across complex enterprise environments.

📍 Location: Scarborough, ON – Hybrid

🎯 What We're Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, including cross-domain architecture leadership.
✅ Strong expertise in Hybrid Cloud, Networking, Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Backup & Recovery.
✅ Hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft 365, Workplace Technologies, and Enterprise Infrastructure.
✅ Proven ability to lead infrastructure initiatives from current-state discovery through target-state design and implementation.
✅ Experience developing architecture diagrams, solution designs, technical roadmaps, and governance documentation.
✅ Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and project delivery teams.
🏦 Experience in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments is a strong asset!
