CAE, a global leader in simulation and training technologies, is offering a valuable internship opportunity for students passionate about occupational health, safety, and environmental sustainability. This full-time internship is scheduled from September 2 to December 19, 2025, and is based on-site at CAE’s Montreal campus.

As an HSE Intern, you will contribute to the implementation and improvement of health, safety, and environmental procedures with a focus on managing critical risks such as lockout-tagout systems and contractor safety, as well as minimizing significant environmental impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively update and enhance HSE programs (e.g., lockout-tagout, chemical management)

• Conduct audits and assessments related to these programs

• Draft evaluation reports and provide constructive feedback

• Support the HSE team in various projects and daily operational activities

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Health & Safety or Industrial Engineering

• Familiar with lockout-tagout principles and HSE practices

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to collaborate across departments and with various stakeholders

• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional maturity

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Must comply with the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) by submitting identification and background verification documents within one week of offer acceptance

• Note: Security clearance for international students may take at least 16 weeks
