Beauty Advisor

Description:

Holt Renfrew, a leading luxury department store, is seeking a Beauty Advisor for Clarins to develop deep, lasting relationships with customers, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty. This role combines exceptional customer service with expert product knowledge in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently

• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets

• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining loyal customers

• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers

• Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities, event execution, assortment recommendations, and communicate suggestions to store management

• Attend educational sessions, including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks

• Communicate regularly with personal clients through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding events, merchandise requests, follow-ups, and special occasions

• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management for issues outside guidelines

• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets

• Highly collaborative, team-oriented

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum of 2 years in a commission-based sales environment

• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands

• Previous luxury retail experience preferred

• Fully bilingual in French and English
