Description:
CIBC is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Global Transaction Banking Analyst to join its Corporate Cash Management team in Montreal. The role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact in a client-focused, results-oriented banking environment.
As an Analyst, you will support the Corporate Cash Management team by building strong relationships with corporate clients and delivering tailored cash management solutions that enhance working capital management. You will work closely with internal partners to facilitate product installation, maintain client satisfaction, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, helping them manage their treasury operations effectively.
Deliver superior cash management solutions, simplifying working capital management.
Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding, product installations, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective and profitable treasury solutions.
Engage in business development efforts to grow the client portfolio using referrals, existing client connections, and other channels.
Stay informed on treasury trends and best practices to guide clients effectively.
Actively participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to promote services.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree or CTP designation is considered an asset.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury management or large corporate banking.
Skills: Strong understanding of financial concepts, strategic objectives, and cash flow impacts on financial statements. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages: Must be fluent in both French and English to serve the local community.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in a high-paced, client-focused environment.

Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours.
