Mosaic North America, a subsidiary of Acosta Group, is looking for a Fashion and Beauty Ambassador to represent renowned cosmetic and beauty brands in Montreal, QC. As a key representative, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional brand presence within retail environments, maintaining strong relationships with department managers, and ensuring product visibility and compliance with merchandising standards.

In this dynamic role, you will be the face of the brand during store visits, engaging with stakeholders to promote and position products effectively. Your contributions will help drive customer engagement, secure prime product placements, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture positive relationships with department managers to enhance brand presence.

• Act as the face of the brand during store visits, engaging key stakeholders effectively.

• Secure prime product placement within key departments to maximize visibility.

• Ensure that displays, walls, and product arrangements meet planogram and brand standards.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.

• Capture visual insights during store visits and provide detailed reports to management.

• Offer valuable feedback to help improve client strategies and execution.

Qualifications:

• Availability: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.

• Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to engage effectively with department and internal managers.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a retail or customer-facing environment.

• Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the brand with confidence and poise.

• Passion for cosmetics and a strong interest in beauty products and industry trends.
