Mosaic North America, a part of the Acosta Group, is seeking a Fashion and Beauty Ambassador to represent premium cosmetic and beauty products in retail stores. The role focuses on brand representation, fostering relationships with department managers, and ensuring product visibility and compliance with merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the brand during store visits, engaging with key stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with department managers.

• Secure prime locations within key store departments to maximize product exposure.

• Ensure displays and merchandising walls meet planogram standards.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments when needed.

• Provide feedback and visual reporting to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Availability from Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Strong communication skills in French.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry trends.

• Proven relationship-building skills.
