Best Practices

• Develops, coordinates, and facilitates workshops in person and on virtual platforms
• Develop relationships and maintain primary coordination of community partners and participants to access programs and services
• Maintains a strong understanding of inclusion, workshop design, community events, outreach, and partnership development

Training and Development

• Researches, develops, and designs education curriculum and modules
• Customizes foundational workshop content for community partners based on their needs
• Facilitates and leads presentations and working groups
• Track and monitor developmental goals and outcomes for programs and services
• In collaboration with other team members, offers feedback to other organizations relating to their operations, marketing, and engagement strategies around best practices in accessibility and inclusion
• Educates on adaptive equipment and how to adapt or modify activities to support diverse abilities
