THE POSITION

• Provide service to clients surrounding their commercial insurance needs
• Focus on client retention, but also responsible for writing inbound new business and following up on referrals (no outbound sales)
• Placement utilizing four insurance markets + MGA's
• Familiar with Property, Business Interruption, Casualty/GL, Professional Liability, Cyber, Auto Fleets, IRCA
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure accuracy of quotes, endorsements, cancellations, and inquiries
• Review client coverage and risks to recommend appropriate solutions
• Ensure accounts are serviced accurately and on time

MUST HAVES

• 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of EPIC and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Level 2 General Insurance license (or working toward)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
