Client Manager

Description:

As a Client Manager, you will lead strategic growth and oversee key client relationships across the region. This role focuses on driving major pursuits, building executive-level partnerships, and guiding infrastructure programs.

What You Will Do

• Lead relationships with senior municipal stakeholders
• Drive growth across infrastructure programs and accounts
• Lead major pursuits, bids, and strategic opportunities
• Provide oversight of project delivery and performance
• Mentor teams and support development of future leaders
   

What You Bring

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure
• Established relationships with Region of Peel and/or Region of Waterloo (required)
• Proven success in winning and delivering major projects
• Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
