Cds Senior Designer

Description:

This role is responsible for the design, creation and programing of electronic forms within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This includes the creation of new client documents and revisions to existing client documents. The selected individual will require JavaScript programing experience and will be involved in consulting with team members and our internal business partners.

The individual will work closely with Forms Coordinators, Forms Designers, Business Analysts, Best Practice Specialists, IT partners, Business Systems Analysts, external vendors, Project Managers, and colleagues at all levels within the organization to ensure clients’ needs are being met. All changes must be concisely documented to ensure client documents are accurate and up to date.

This individual ensures that documents are always brought to current imaging, corporate branding, and accessibility standards, by monitoring quality control, testing and validating that all content meets these criteria.

Project involvement is a key part of this role. Partnering with clients in all areas within Sun Life to provide form products, expertise, and creative solutions to problems, is an ongoing requirement for this position.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design, program and/or create complex documents within AEM for various internal clients
• Handle new form and revision requests for highly dynamic PDFs and forms to be rendered in HTML format
• Communicate with Forms Coordination Team when needed to assist with triage of high complexity requests
• Manage the inventory of forms products on our databases and on the Forms Repository for regular work and special projects
• Exercises analytical skills while providing solutions and expertise for forms design in AEM
• Provide consulting, training, and guidance to other designers within the team
• Act as a liaison between internal business partners and vendors
• Build and maintain a rapport with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration on initiatives
