Senior Graphic Designer

Description:

The Senior Designer will lead the development and execution of multi-disciplinary design projects from ideation through completion. They will work closely with the Design Director to translate strategy and creative direction into comprehensive brand systems, visual identities, and design solutions across print, digital, and environmental applications.

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates conceptual clarity, technical excellence, and a refined design aesthetic. They must be confident in presenting work both internally and to clients. Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and motion design tools such as After Effects is required. The Senior Designer must be able to work both individually and collaboratively to maintain consistency and quality across all creative deliverables.

Experience

• 5 or more years at a creative agency or graphic design studio

• Lead the design execution of large-scale projects
• Mentor and train Junior and Intermediate Graphic Designers
• Present internally and externally
• Participate in internal critiques and reviews
