Under the guidance of the CAC System Analyst Supervisor & CAC Systems Manager the CAC System Analyst is responsible for assisting with managing system/technical support related error escalations, improvement initiatives, and deployments within the scope of the Operations department. The CAC System Analyst works with all organizational levels triaging system related defects and inquiries; as well as managing CAC system related improvements and UAT/deployment testing. Includes managing, validating, documenting, and submitting CAC system related Change Requests. Includes investigation of system related issues within the CAC. Finally, includes managing an informal team responsible for testing CAC related system upgrades. Oversee System Support and Analysis (100%) Manage CAC System Support & Technical Support inboxes which includes investigation, documentation, escalation/resolution, tracking and communication of all system related errors/inquiries. Manage all CAC system related change requests through validating, documenting, and finalizing request(s). Will assist with documenting system specifications for all CAC change requests. Act as Test Lead for Symphoni deployment releases that will require resource planning, test case creation, and test validation. Manage CAC UAT/deployment testing documents and templates. Will participate with all levels of the organization within different capacities as systems (Symphoni) expert. Liaise between all levels of the organization and key Operations stakeholders, as it relates to all system inquiries/upgrades. Create metrics that measure the effectiveness of current and future system functionality. Collection and analysis of data centred on best system design/functionality. Support with Telephony related requests and investigation/testing. Other tasks as assigned.
