Key Responsibilities:
📊 Project Management — Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and quality deliverables.
📐 Survey Calculations — Conduct accurate and precise survey calculations for a variety of projects.
🤝 Team Coordination — Work closely with field and office teams to ensure project goals are met.
✍️ Proposal & Contract Preparation — Prepare detailed project proposals and contracts for clients.
👥 Guidance & Training — Mentor and train junior staff, sharing technical knowledge and expertise.
📈 Business Development — Support business growth by building and maintaining client relationships.
📑 Plan & Report Development — Prepare professional plans, reports, and deliverables.
⚠️ Safety Compliance — Ensure all work adheres to Underhill’s Safety Policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:
✅ British Columbia Land Surveyor Commission (BCLS) in good standing with ABCLS.
✅ Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
✅ Ability to effectively manage client expectations.
✅ Valid Driver’s License.
✅ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Positive attitude and creative thinking in problem-solving situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
➕ Canada Land Surveyor (CLS) Commission in good standing (asset).
