  • Invoicing (monthly progress invoices, project change orders, holdback invoices)

  • Maintain and balance imprest account 

  • Accounts Receivable 

  • Company Credit Cards - collecting, coding, and submitting reports 

  • Managing of Contracts 

  • Issue Purchase Orders 

  • Be the first line of contact with customers 



  •  

 

Other Job Responsibilities 

 


  • Job file setup and maintenance 

  • General office maintenance, organization and ordering supplies

  • Answer Phones 

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail 

  • Coordinate meetings and events
