Assistant Manager

Description:

As an Assistant Manager at Brewhouse & Kitchen, you will play a key role in the leadership team of our Brewpubs, supporting our operational standards and team development. You will be passionate about great food, craft beer, and exceptional service. Your role will involve leading shifts, including opening and closing the Brewpub, managing recruitment, training, coaching, and ensuring the health and safety of the Brewpub. You will also focus on driving sales and helping your team achieve their best potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts, including opening & closing the Brewpub

• Manage recruitment, training & coaching for the team

• Ensure health & safety compliance within the Brewpub

• Champion product knowledge and training for both food and beverages

• Monitor and improve sales performance

• Encourage and develop team members

• Drive the B&K Way, Brewhouse & Kitchen’s operational standards
