Description:

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Service Delivery Manager to join its Human Capital, Operate team in anticipation of future hiring needs. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing experience to ensure smooth operations, optimization, and support of Workday solutions for clients.

You will oversee service delivery, manage client relationships, and lead a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement. This is a pipeline opportunity for upcoming demand, offering exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Workday service operations, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.

  • Act as primary client contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Workday consultants and support staff.

  • Monitor and report service delivery metrics, ensuring performance improvements.

  • Manage escalations and resolve complex issues with internal and client teams.

  • Conduct governance meetings and weekly client performance reviews.

  • Plan and oversee Workday implementations and upgrades.

  • Develop best practices for operational excellence and service efficiency.

  • Provide client training, documentation, and continuous system enhancement recommendations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of Workday experience, including 2+ years in leadership/management.

  • Proficiency in Workday modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Integrations, and Data Analysis.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), with ability to simplify technical content for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Client relationship management experience with proven track record of service excellence.

  • Relevant Workday certifications highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $98,000 – $164,000 plus Deloitte’s bonus program.
