Description:

Deloitte Canada is building a talent pipeline for a Bilingual Workday Functional Architect (Human Capital) to join their Operate team for future opportunities. This role involves leading and architecting Workday HCM implementations and post-production optimizations for clients across Canada.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules, combined with exceptional problem-solving, client-facing, and consultancy skills. Bilingualism in English and French is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations and post-deployment optimizations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

• Configure complex client requirements, create user stories, test scenarios, and provide documentation.

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and ensure smooth system operations for managed services engagements.

• Mentor junior consultants and support client teams with best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and propose long-term, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and provide technology-driven improvements.

• Continuously monitor implemented solutions and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of Workday solution consulting and support experience, with expertise in system architecture and functional design.

• Proficiency in Workday modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and integrations.

• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Bilingual in English and French (mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Relevant Workday certifications are highly desirable.

• Strong client relationship management and project delivery experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $65,000 – $97,000 per year (approx. $5,417 – $8,083 monthly)
