📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite – 222 Jarvis Street area)

🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
We are looking for professionals with:
✅ 7+ years of IT project experience.
✅ Strong experience in Data Modeling and Business Modeling.
✅ Expertise in ERD, BPMN, UML, Data Flow Diagrams and Process Mapping.
✅ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
✅ Process documentation using Visio, Lucidchart and MIRO.
✅ SharePoint and MS Teams collaboration experience.
✅ Experience in Systems Re-engineering, Workflow Optimization and Automation.
✅ Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
✅ Experience preparing Data Requirements Documents (DRD) and System Requirements Documents (SRD).
✅ SQL and LINQ experience for database querying and data extraction.
✅ Technical experience with Java, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services and Docker.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Ontario Public Sector (OPS) project experience.
Experience working on enterprise-level system modernization and re-engineering initiatives.
Strong technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
