As a VMI Sales and Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs for our clients, maintaining the warehouse, and assisting with sales activities. This position offers an exciting hybrid opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our continued growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI): Collaborate with clients to understand their inventory needs.

-Monitor stock levels (On site and in Warehouse) and replenish/order inventory as needed.

-Utilize our inventory management system and its reporting.

-Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory deliveries, sales orders, inventory reports and VMI records to clients and internal stake holders.

Warehouse Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

-Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

-Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

-Assist in inventory counts and audits.

Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service to VMI/Special project clients.

-Assist with order processing and invoicing.

-Offer product knowledge and recommendations.

-Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
